10.0The best location in Santorini, what a view. The staff were very helpful and always available. The hotel is a bit of an oasis at the busiest parts of the day so you can retreat from the heat and tourists and relax. The location is perfect for using the bus system on the island which is great. The hotel is right in the area of shops and some attractions.

10.0All Staffs are very friendly. Breakfast is tasteful and you can view the stunning Caldera & Volcano while having it. It's located at the edge of Fira city centre and only 5 mins walk to multiple cocktail bars, 4 mins walk to Fira bus station and 10 mins walk to cable car station. Room service and cleaning is superb and I would like to give a kudo to the cleaning lady. Our room is a little bit outdated and needs to be modernized though.
