8.0Großartige Lage, wunderbare Zimmer, sensationelle Natur, sehr hilfsbereites Personal, leckeres Frühstück
− Das Restaurant hat aufgrund von Nationalpark - Regelungen leider nur bis 17:00 Uhr geöffnet, zum Abendessen muss man sich etwas anderes suchen. Weiterhin schränken die wirklich extremen Mengen an Seegras sie Nutzbarkeit des Strandes komplett ein, auch wenn jeden Tag zahlreiche Leute versuchen, die Seegrasmassen zu reduzieren. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts und in der Hauptsaison ist wohl auch kein Seegras da. Am besten, man schaut vorher auf dem Seegrasmonitor im Internet, ob man den Strand dort genießen kann. Ohne Seegras ist es wirklich ein Traumstrand.

− The room door was rusty and the key was super difficult to enter so it was a pain to open it every time

8.0la casita y la limpieza de la habitación muy bien, que esta frente al mar también me gusto. el desayuno incluido también me gusto, el lugar sin musica ni ruidos y que la alberca esta limpia , me gusta que no hay mucha gente en el area .
− no me gusta que se fuera la luz , que los empleados que estan en los camastros no limpien el lugar, desde que llegamos en la arena los botes no se limpiaron, también llegaron tarde una vez al servir el desayuno, aveces te daban menos porción de fruta, se les acabo el tocino no compraron mas, y las porciones de la quesadillas y del tipo club sandwich muy poco, en esta ocasión pudimos observar que todo subio demaciado las bebidas en la playa, las aguas y cervezas al doble la comida ni se diga todo Tulum estaba muy caro, y con poca comida. esta es la segunda vez que vengo a este hotel porque realmente la visita al mar es maravillosa, sin embargo en esta ocasionmucho sargazo y no nos dejo disfrutar mucho dentro del mismo hotel la playa. el sig año buscaremos nuevas opciones.

10.0In a wonderful location this is more of a beach club with rooms than a classic large hotel. Having said that the rooms are large well air conditioned and the most comfortable bed I have slept on for 2 years. Very nice pool to just for hotel guests
− May have been helpful to have more information concerning the rules and regulations of the national park the hotel sits in before booking
