Beautiful but wellness services all cancelled.

− I did not like that all of the wellness activities were cancelled because there were not enough participants. That is why we went there. But the hotel was still really beautiful. Just bummed about there being Temazcal ceremonies, and sound baths that were both cancelled. They shouldn't advertise those activities if they aren't going to really offer them. I would still maybe book there and just go to wellness services elsewhere because the place is beautiful.

− No avisaron que nomade está cerrado y no está prestando el servicio actualmente y llegar al hotel y verlo cerrado y más que llegamos de noche fue una mala experiencia

Estuvimos fue en el hotel Be Tulum, hotel hermano de Nomade, es un gran hotel, me encantó

− No me gustó que llegamos a nomade y no nos habían avisado que el hotel ya no estaba en funcionamiento fue un momento de incomodidad porq no sabíamos que debíamos hacer gracias a Dios apareció un señor al rato que nos dijo que fuéramos a Be Tulum que estaban recibiendo las reservas de nomade alla. Esto me causó un poco de molestia ya que si este señor no aparece no teníamos como saberlo

The Personnel at the Wellness Center are the Best!

Nomade was amazing in terms of the location and its beauty. But the best part was the staff, especially the personnel of the wellness center. Clementina was the first person i met, is as if she could read my pain. She focus her full attention to me and we were talking way over past her shift. I went to her with a heavy heart just to set up some sessions and left there feeling so at ease just based on our conversations (such a beautiful soul) .Then i met Sol, who is such a sweetheart, she made my set up for a spa day smoothly as well as a healing session, gave me great advice and suggestions. Lola was clutch! Such a beautiful person, so understanding, and very professional. She knows how to definitely read peoples feelings. I went at a time that was cloudy, raining yet the personnel there made my stay amazing.
