9.0We hadden een prachtige kamer en terras met uitzicht op de wuivende palmbomen en de zee, we liepen zo via het zwembad het strand op. Wat een paradijs! De bediening was super, er ontbrak aan niets, special thanks to Santos en Freddy die ons een heel relaxte week hebben bezorgd! Eten was erg goed ook!
− Ondanks de sargassum, waar het verblijf niks aan kan doen, is het een top lokatie! Een beetje uit de drukte, maar daarom juist heel bijzonder, geeft een beetje meer remote jungle gevoel (met alle luxe) en de kans om schildpadden te zien nesten en wasberen te spotten!

8.0Pdj super Bien aussi la petite privée sur le toit (indispensable) car la piscine officielle de l’hôtel est très très petite La plage est petite mais avec des fauteuils en suffisance. Personnel très agréable Parking en suffisance

8.0La gentilezza e la professionalità della reception, con un dettaglio in più verso Mattias, semplicemente perché ci ha consigliato dei posti ottimi da visitare e mangiare. La stanza che ci è stata assegnata era molto bella e comodissima con i bambini
− La posizione rispetto a ciò che facevamo durante il giorno e per cenare era un po’ lontanuccia. Ma comunque resta una buona posizione. La scelta della colazione ridotta paragonandola al prezzo del soggiorno. Mi sarei aspettata qualcosa in più. Ho chiesto se potevo avere quello che avevano richiesto due clienti vegane (tostada con avocado) e mi è stato detto che non rientrava nel menu della colazione. Peccato per il sargasso che ci ha impedito di usufruire della spiaggia e del beach club

Perfect location, comfortable room, beautiful beach - if only we could have stayed longer!
9.0Location, room, restaurant. The room was huge and a very comfortable bed. It was just a few steps to the restaurant overlooking the sea and then you could walk straight into the beautiful quiet beach with comfortable loungers. The breakfast was perfect. Different choice of eggs each day preceded by granola with fruit and coffee/tea and a juice. This is a lively whiter part of the beach which was sandy and calm. The perfect part of Tulum if you want quiet nights (although maybe we were just lucky!
− Coffee machine in room charged the same price for a coffee from the pod machine as ordering in the restaurant. Only found out at checkout that one coffee a day is included in the price. Also some inconsistency with room cleaning. BUT we were given an upgrade to a room with a balcony and plunge pool for a very small increase in price and the difference between that and the cheaper room was huge! It was a lovely room!

8.0Hôtel bien situé au calme dans tulum , chambre grande et confortable , coin piscine très agréable , beach club sympa mais les algue gâchent un peu l ambiance , bien sûr l hôtel n y est pour rien …
