6.0O hotel tem um charme particular — a estrutura é antiga e um pouco decadente, mas isso acaba sendo parte da atmosfera do lugar. O café da manhã estava incluído e cumpriu bem o papel. Para quem busca um hospedagem com personalidade no centro de Mérida, tem seu valor.
− A cordialidade da equipe deixou muito a desejar durante toda a estadia, especialmente no check-in e no check-out. No momento da saída, a funcionária se recusou a emitir a nota fiscal quando solicitada e cobrou uma taxa adicional que não constava em nenhum momento na descrição da reserva no Booking. Cobranças não divulgadas previamente são uma prática inaceitável e que o hotel precisa corrigir com urgência. É um ponto que pesa bastante na avaliação geral.
