Terms of booking

ChildFree Stays (part of the Hotels of Earth network) lets you search and book hotel stays. By making a booking you accept these terms.

The booking

Your stay contract is with the hotel; we and our booking partner Nuitée (liteAPI) arrange the reservation. Prices shown at checkout are what your card is charged, in the displayed currency. Taxes and fees are shown before you pay; anything labeled "due at the property" is collected by the hotel, not by us.

Cancellation & refunds

Every rate shows its cancellation terms before payment — free-cancellation deadline or non-refundable. Cancelling within a free window refunds the full amount to your original payment method; outside it, the rate's policy decides the fee. You can cancel any time on the manage booking page.

Your confirmation

After payment you receive a booking reference by email. Keep it — together with your email address it is how you view, manage or cancel the booking, and how support identifies you.

Problems

If something is wrong — with the site, the booking, or at check-in — email support@hotelsofearth.comwith your booking reference and we'll fix what is ours to fix and chase what isn't.
