− Not all inclusive as evening meal was a set menu and only had 8 main meals so for a two week stay was repetitive. Also evening entertainment for an all inclusive was poor- 1 hr per night

− Ciertos meseros del restaurante Ventanas en ocasiones eran groseros, y la atención post salida fatal, se me quedó unos sweteres en la habitación escribí al llegar a mi país para verificar que estuvieran ahí y me respondieron el saludo y al comentarles el hecho nunca más me respondían tengo 2 días tratando de comunicarme
