Amazing hotel
10.0Hotel was one of the cleanest I have been in, the staff are fantastic and all of the staff I spoke to were very helpful. There was no hidden charges as there is in some all inclusive places, the only thing they would charge extra for is tours, wine at dinner etc. Very large hotel with all different types of restaurants, several swimming pools and being in sens category meant I had access to all facilities. The view from my room was also amazing, and the room was very spacious.

6.0a estrutura do hotel no geral era boa, o atendimento da recepção foi excelente (Reyes nos atendeu muito bem) e os demais atendentes também.
− a comida nos restaurantes que não eram reservados era péssima , me senti comendo em um por quilo do Brasil de baixa qualidade ,a aparência da comida era muito feia , enfim , deixou muito a desejar para um Hotel considerado Resort , também quero deixar a minha reclamação em relação ao App de reservas , na maioria das vezes , a gente recebia mensagens enquanto estávamos nos passeios e não tínhamos wifi para reservar , tivemos de comprar um Tomahawk de 2100 pesos para garantir a reserva que havíamos feito em um dos restaurantes , nossa crítica é : se tem um no show de 200 pesos , por que temos de ficar confirmando a reserva ?

Credit cards issued to people other guest (i.e., parent, spouse, etc.) are not accepted in Mexico. Student / Youth policy (YEAR ROUND) Student / Youth Travelers are defined as any guest 24 years of age and younger traveling without legal parent / guardian and is applicable at ALL Oasis properties on a year round basis. As a general rule, the Grand Oasis Cancún will be the only property that will accept Student / Youth GROUPS (not applicable to family travel). Any guests meeting the above definition of Student / Youth Traveler are subject to the following conditions: § Upon check-in, passengers will be required to pay a one-time Student / Youth resort fee (charges may vary). Policy is mandatory, per person and not refundable. Operator is obligated to inform all Students/Youths of this charge. Minimum age requirement for hotel check-in is 18 years of age. All rooms require one person that is at least 18 when occupied by a 17 year old passenger. All students under the legal age of 18 require a notarized consent from parent/legal guardian providing authorization and taking responsibility for the guest. No passenger under the age of 17 years of age is allowed to occupy any room without a parent or legal guardian accompanying them. Any student group traveling with guests under the age of 18 will require chaperon(s). One chaperon is required per 1-19 students/youths under the age of 18. The minimum age requirement for a chaperon is 25. All students will be assigned a special bracelet for ID purposes; this policy is applicable year round. Please note the legal drinking age in Mexico is 18. A mandatory environmental fee and a resort fee per room per stay will be charge upon check in.
Upon check-in, guests will be required to pay a one-time Student/Youth resort fee in the amount of $30.00 USD (Charges apply for adults between 18-25 years old staying from February to April. Cash Only. Policy is mandatory, per person and not refundable).
Government Sanitation Fee & Resort Fee: in addition to the reservation rate, once in the property (during the check in) you must cover a charge of $225.00 Mexican pesos per room per night. *Rates are subject to change without prior notice.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
