10.0Nice size: not so big that you’re spending half the day going from place to place. The pools were nice and not crowded. The property is not a party zone: there was some background music but you could hold a conversation and, most importantly, relax. The staff was extremely helpful with everything. You couldn’t do better

10.0Andres and Jonathan, both servers at the pool area, were an integral part of our experience! They made each day so enjoyable with their great service and wonderful attitudes. We had an amazing time.

10.0We had a great time on this trip, mainly because we had some awesome staff down by the pool. Want to give a big shout out to Andres and Jonathan! They were both so helpful and fun, and Andres especially really made our trip special. He was so on top of things, brought us the best drinks even when we had no idea what we wanted, and we had a great time getting to know him!
