9.0Era mi cuarta vez en el hotel, desde el 2019 no lo visitaba, sigue manteniendo algunas de los beneficios de mis primeras visitas, la limpieza, la comida con una estación de jugos naturales increíbles al desayuno que lo atendía MARCO que es un ser humano increíble, con una disposición para todos los huéspedes y siempre cumpliendo nuestros deseos realmente un acierto de hotel tenerlo ahí 🤗, también LULÚ hizo que nuestra estancia fuera increíble, una persona muy amable y excelente en servicio al cliente, las habitaciones muy limpias y con todo lo necesario para unas lindas vacaciones y con muy buenos productos de aseo diario y las muchachas que hacen las habitaciones muy amables y dispuestas también
− Tuvimos una situación en el restaurante Azur en el cual el encargado le negó a mi esposo la posibilidad de ir a comer lo que quería a la habitación, le dijo de manera brusca e intransigente que era materialmente imposible servir un platillo para que el se lo comiera en la habitación, el se sentía indispuesto para comer en el restaurante el cual no tenía aire acondicionado y era un día muy caluroso, es increíble que un hotel todo incluido, cinco estrellas y de un precio alto , el personal no esté preparado para asistir a los huéspedes en sus necesidades en situaciones especiales como era el caso, mi esposo se molestó tanto que termine en un centro comercial del frente comprando unos tacos de pescado para que se los comiera en la habitación, aclaró que en el room service ni en ningún otro restaurante había ese platillo, solo el Azur y recibimos esa negatividad, 🤔

9.0I loved how welcoming and kind everyone was. Questions asked were quickly answered by the staff and met with a smile. The pools, views, and dining were amazing. Poolside drinks, multiple dining options, and dinner meals were curated with care. An awesome resort designed to take overthinking and overplanning out of the equation!
− I thought the birds were too comfortable around the pools and beach area. They were bathing in the pools at various times.
The place to relax and be pampered.
10.0Nice size: not so big that you’re spending half the day going from place to place. The pools were nice and not crowded. The property is not a party zone: there was some background music but you could hold a conversation and, most importantly, relax. The staff was extremely helpful with everything. You couldn’t do better
