Excellent place with lovely staff in a beautiful setting.
10.0The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is ideal for central Ubud. The breakfast option from 7:30 in the morning to 10:30 in the evening is brilliant and suited us for days when we left the hotel early for expeditions. We arrived late in the night after our flight and were provided with sandwiches which was very considerate. Mini bar bring complimentary was a lovely touch of hospitality. Room service was excellent with twice daily cleans.

10.0Hotel com excelente localização, permite ir a pé para o centro da cidade e para a Monkey Forest👌 As instalações são excelentes, o staff muito profissional e cuidadoso ♥️ Um agradecimento muito especial para o Suma que acumula também a função de Motorista privado do Hotel, acompanhou-nos durante 3 dias e foi excecional! Adoramos Ubud !

8.0Overall lovely stay, staff were attentive and friendly.
− I think on the weekend, breakfast staff were different, slower service, not as attentive, and had to keep asking for things. Monday was much better when the original staff were back on.
