10.0Secrets is amazing as always. This one in particular was phenomenal. Our concierge Angel was great, always made sure to check on us and that we had everything we needed. He was a pleasure to have for our stay!

10.0this resort is top tier, the staff is also so incredible and really make the experience. our concierge man Angel was truly an angel and helped us with everything as well as sending an itinerary every day which was great. the entertainment staff was also so fun and made the days filled with things to do, crafts, food making, volleyball! it was all amazing and I highly recommended this place

10.0Been to many Secrets Resorts, Maroma is by far my favorite. Beautiful Tropical location and not a long trip from Cancun airport . Very well kept and quiet ! Our room was spotless and was tended to everyday and night . Never had to ask for anything , Michelle was great ! Our concierge Roger, was very friendly and professional. He checked in with us everyday and was able to answer any questions we might have . We loved hanging out in the Preferred Club lounge . The bartenders took very good care of us, especially Clere, she was great . We dined at every restaurant at least once . Food was delicious and service was excellent. The entire staff, entertainment team , waiters , pool staff , etc were amazing . This was our second time at Maroma and will definitely be returning! Try it you won’t be disappointed!
2026 Vacation
10.0Our vacation to Secrets Maroma Beach was nothing short of spectacular. From start to finish, the staff were beyond incredible at making our experience one we will never forget. We were in the preferred club, and our concierge Roberto was phenomenal. We were celebrating a baby moon and he personally drew a banner to help us celebrate this. Beyond that, anything we needed he was on it instantly - truly one of the kindest people we have ever met. We really enjoyed the preferred amenities including the preferred lounge and preferred lunch area. Mateo from the preferred lunch space on the beach was the best! I will say if you are thinking of coming and not doing the preferred club, you get the exact same great experience. Only difference is you don’t get private check in, access to a couple of lunch / breakfast spots or the preferred lounge which is just more high end alcohol selection. The beach is the exact same on both sides and the staff don’t treat you any differently. We spent most of our days around the main pool. We liked how we never had trouble finding a pool chair each morning and did not have to get up at the crack of dawn to secure one. By noon it was pretty busy, but overall tons of space. Alejandra from the entertainment team was the best, definitely partake in her events she puts on including pool volleyball, pool basketball, mini golf, etc. Luis the pool concierge was also very helpful to find spots and put towels and umbrellas up for you. The beach - it is all it is cracked up to be. Unreal views and amazing sand. Unfortunately, it was seaweed season which we knew coming in, so we couldn’t swim in the ocean at all. But overall, it is still one of the best in Mexico. On the food side, all of it was incredible. The tacos and the preferred lunch restaurant were our choice almost everyday. But they have so many options for lunch including local cuisines that change each day. For dinner, there are 7 dining options at night and all are great. French (Bordeaux) was our favourite for the experience and the food. Nicoletta and Francesco were unbelievable, honestly have never had such great service and they went above and beyond to make us feel so special. On our last night, they made us a special dessert to celebrate our babymoon. All dining options are great and would recommend trying all of them if time permits. We loved our stay and would absolutely return. The resort is worth all 5 stars, and some.
The best resort in Mexico
10.0This is our third Trip to Secrets Maroma. We continue to go back because of the exceptional service, dining, entertainment, spa, and the rest and relaxation we have come to appreciate over and over again.
