7.0STAFF ARE VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. SHUTTLE SERVICE WAS VERY USEFUL. AND CONVENIENT AS A MODE OF TRANSPORT TO THE HIGH STREET INSTEAD OF GETTING A CAB. ROOMS WERE CLEANED EVERY DAY,
− I DIDN'T LIKE THE IDEA OF HAVING A BEDROOM DOWNSTAIRS, AND IF YOU WANTED TO GO TO THE SITTING AREA, LIVING ROOM, THEN YOU HAD TO COME OUTSIDE TO GO UPSTAIRS, WHICH WAS A BIT EXPOSED AND I WOULDN'T WANT TO GO OUT IN THE DARK TO GO UPSTAIRS TO THE LIVING ROOM, NOT ALL ROOMS ARE LIKE THAT BUT THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE ARE A BIT DECEIVING. WHEN YOU SELECT THE ROOM IT SHOULD MENTION THAT THE LIVING ROOM IS UPSTAIRS AND THE STAIRS ARE NOT INTERNAL IN THE ROOM BUT EXTERNAL.

9.0Villa was beautiful, very private and with gorgeous views. Very good service from the staff - whatever we needed if it was a night jacuzzi or breakfast for the villa or scooter rental, the staff was always very helpful. Also great location far enough from Ubud centre hazzle, but close enough to reach is short time :)
