− El VIP no es tan exclusivo, hay un club muy pequeño y en la piscina del último piso el licor que ofrecían era el mismo de todo el hotel y el ambiente muy relax

El hotel es muy cómodo las habitaciones excelentes y la comida y atención genial, lo único que no me gustó es que pagamos el VIP y la verdad es lo mismo que si no lo hubiéramos pagado, hay una piscina en el último piso pero el plan ahí es muy relax.

las habitaciones super cómodas y la atención del personal que está en las piscinas, que atiende las habitaciones, los que suben o bajan las maletas es excelente

− Se pago un cargo de 90 dolares por una habitación frente al mar xcarlat se supone que tenia servicios adicionales como una botella por habitación la cual nunca dieron y otros servicios que indicaron que tenían y al preguntar allí indicaron que no.

Wait to book until new management takes over

We learned that the property was going to be sold and that was a direct correlation of our experience there. I would suggest to wait until the property is sold before you book we booked the VIP experience and no one told us about the amenities that Specifically were for us. Check-in was an absolute mess as the VIP members. There was a certain area that we were supposed to be in while we waited three hours to be checked in that no one told us about. The communication there was subpar. We ate at silk city restaurant and our lobster was overcooked. The rice was overcooked and or old. Our drinks were watered down. We did not have a good experience at that particular restaurant. We enjoyed our time there due to the activities that we scheduled outside of the resort had we had clear communication of the things that we actually paid for and had access to I do feel as if my time there would have been elevated and better. This is not a resort for singles to meet. It is very much for couples and or girls trips, which serve the purpose of what we came for the resort everything closes at 10 PM so just be mindful of that as well. Be careful of the balcony doors opening and the entire room perspiring, including the marble floors very dangerous. I am really big on communication and I feel like the overall experience could have been 10 times better had there been communication on everything that was available to us things that were going on the resort it just wasn’t there so I cannot ethically rate this a great experience

The cleanliness and coffee shop. Club played same music.

− Food options repetitive everyday. After 6pm, only the restaurants were options. Check in process too long!!!!!
