7.0The range of pools and areas was fantastic. Always well stocked for food at the buffet. The restaurants were generally nice.
− We were upgraded to the preferred club upon arrival and it because a hassle for the entire trip! We had to wait over an hour to meet a specific concierge to bring us to our room. He then proceeded to text, call and arrive at our room throughout our trip. We asked to be left alone and this did not happen. Since arriving home we are still getting messages from him. The hotel also tries to force you into a 2 hour conference in order to sell time shares. Something we said we had no interest in.

10.0Everything was Amazing from the Check-in at the Preferred Lounge to the speediness of the 24 hr room service. The Swim Out Suite is what saved the day for us because once the pool closes there isn't a lot to do. The Resort is Absolutely beautiful but if you're looking for a party atmosphere this is not the place for you.
− I Didn't like the fact that after a certain time of night the resort is pretty much a ghost town. The Pool closes before midnight, bars close before midnight and the restaurants don't stay open very long. The only saving grace was the Sports Bar but even that closes at a certain time. I wouldn't recommend the beach club because the seaweed has basically taken over.
