Fantastische locatie in Ubud. Ubud is super druk en wat chaotisch maar 15 minuten stappen en je land hier in een totaal andere omgeving: Tussen de rijstvelden, prachtig uitzicht en proper. Deze locatie is typisch indonesische stijl ingericht en brengen je volledig tot rust. Tegen democratische prijzen regelt Marta en zijn familie alle uitstappen of activiteiten voor jou. Sterk aan te bevelen.

− Even moeten denken… maar vind niet echt iets .. gewoon super hygiënisch, super vriendelijk en mega lekker ontbijt.

Der Ausblick aus dem Bett über den Balkon auf das Reisfeld war wunderschön. Und auch auf dem Balkon morgens das super Frühstück genießen zu können, ebenfalls mit dem Blick aufs Reisfeld, war super. Zudem waren alle extrem hilfsbereit und haben sich um meine Anliegen und Wünsche gekümmert. Super Service.

− Nicht so schön war das aktuell zwei Baustellen hinter dem Gebäude und neben dem Gebäude für entsprechende Lärmbelästigung sorgen. Dafür kann man dort natürlich nichts. Dennoch stört das bei der Mittagsruhe oder dem Ausschlafen. Auch ist alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, nicht abgewohnt, aber halt auch nicht mehr ganz neu.

Super hôtel, très confortable et très propre. On a adoré la salle de bains extérieure. Le petit déjeuner servi en terrasse était excellent. Le personnel très disponible et souriant ( toujours prêt à nous emmener au centre avec les scooters). À refaire lors d’un prochain séjour.

Misleading Rating – Unsafe Access and Very Poor Conditions

Clean and friendly staff

− I rarely write negative reviews, but in this case I feel it’s important to warn others because the current rating (9.5) is extremely misleading. First of all, access to the property is a serious problem. The normal road ends about 1 km before the villa. After that, you have to go through an extremely narrow path where even two motorbikes can barely pass each other. I was actually hit on the leg by an oncoming motorbike because there is simply not enough space. Every ride in and out is stressful, especially in the rain when the road becomes muddy and slippery, with ditches and rice field drops on both sides. It feels genuinely unsafe. Cars cannot reach the villa. The staff helps transport luggage by motorbike, which might sound helpful, but in reality it’s very inconvenient and risky. Delivery services and taxis often refuse to come, and if you arrive after 9 PM, you are completely on your own. This is a huge issue if you plan to go out for dinner in the evening. More importantly, this location is not safe in case of emergency. If you are injured or unwell, an ambulance cannot reach the property. You would have to somehow travel about 1 km on a motorbike, which is completely unrealistic in a serious situation. I personally injured my leg during my stay, and it made everything even worse. The room condition does not match the claimed standard. I would not rate this place even 2 stars. The bathroom is very outdated. The sink was constantly clogging and leaking onto the floor, which caused me to slip and injure my leg quite badly. The view is also misleading. It is advertised as a rice field view, but in reality it’s mostly just a plain grassy field with only a small patch of rice — nothing like the beautiful terraced rice fields you expect in Bali. The breakfast was very disappointing — cold, not fresh, and overall not enjoyable. Another issue is the lack of proper blackout curtains.
