Photos need updating
3.0We loved the location and the pool, and the property manager was great in getting back to us when we had an issue. Property offers stunning views.
− The property photos need updating, the garden funiture is different as there were no cushions on seats, the bbq area isn't as clean, there is no hanging seat, the sofa's in the living room are completely different, different beds/layouts in rooms to the photos. I also think it needs to be more obvious that two of the bedrooms aren't in the villa, instead you walk along the decking area, down some stairs and have a separate small living area enclosed with sliding doors (not great for families who want to be closer together). There were more than a few maintenance issues upon arrival, and although the property manager was excellent in trying to sort out the problems, we were confused as to why they hadn't been noticed in the first place... for example one of the en suite sinks leaked awfully as soon as you turned the tap on, the toilet in the same bathroom continually flushed, the seal on the main front door fell off straight away, the air con unit didn't work in one of the upstairs bedrooms. The photos don't reflect the villa we thought we'd be staying in, and we were disappointed by that.

10.0really good location and big enough for ten people marina 5 minute walk and old town roughly 15 minutes. Staff really helpful and whenever an issue there was an instant reply. I would definitely stop again

9.0Great location for the Old Town and for the Marina. The pool was perfect and the space in the accommodation. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed.
Great time had by all at Villa Opaki
9.0Big attractive villa within easy walking distance of the marina; just a little further to beach and old town. Accommodated 10 of us easily. Fantastic pool. A man came to clean it while we there and it was filtered each day. There is a very large sun terrace with loungers which has lovely views. Three bedrooms have balconies/terrace and all have air conditioning. Large outdoor, covered dining area and bbq. The host Fernando, is really communicative and accommodating.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the 50% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid by bank transfer. Albufeira Villa Okapi will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount will be charged in cash at check-in.
