1.0Las habitaciones son lindas y están bien mantenidas, la clase de yoga buena.
− Muy mala experiencia en el hotel . De partida cobran 200 dólares de “impuesto” al llegar, algo que es totalmente falso. Nos quedamos solo una noche de las 6 que teníamos reservadas, ya que en el hotel no había NADIE. Nada funcionando el cenote, la piscina, los bares todo cerrado y sin gente. El hotel no se quiso hacer cargo del reembolso y booking tuvo que solucionarlo, el hotel nunca nos devolvió el dinero de este supuesto impuesto, inventó excusas para no hacerlo. Malísima la experiencia, por suerte booking nos salvó y nos permitió irnos.

1.0Air conditioner didn’t work. Shower didn’t work. No hot water in the shower. No music. No bars. Many places inside the hotel were closed!! Very bad experience!! Don’t go there!
