9.0The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel welcomed. The hotel room is beyond expectation, we love the bathtub with the free Netflix. The pool with the floating breakfast made our day too.
WOW WHAT AN EXPERIENCE
10.0The whole experience was absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. From the check-in experience with a welcome dessert to the breakfast and daily check-ins.
− There was construction next door, which is out of their hands, and I believe everywhere you go in Bali there is construction. I didn't mind it, nor did my partner. However, if you are a picky sleeper and do mind the sound around 7 ish AM have this in mind and choose somewhere further from the city centre.

10.0The staff were amazing, Yunda was super friendly and there was another girl although I can’t remember her name on reception and she was amazing too!
− The property once inside looks amazing. The only thing I’d improve is the initial exterior as you enter the complex, it looks a little run down compared to the interior.
