Superb
9.0Quiet and safe. There’s a gym a 5 minute walk and a Soriana about 15 mins away. There is a lovely garden in the shared space that brings about a sense of calm when I arrived after a long day

9.0The room was very clean, the beds are comfortable, you have enough space to put your belongings, as there is a table, chairs and rag for clothes . I liked the shared outdoor kitchen where you can prepare your food and have breakfast outside in a small garden. Communication with the owner was also without any problems, you get a code to enter property whenever you arrive. No need to be there at the exact time to get the keys. Good location, walking distance to downtown, quiet during the night, close to shopping store and also bus stop.
− When you enter the room you feel mustiness, but this is due to high humidity. After some time you can get used to it. We did not have a mosquito net on the window/door and could not keep it open during the night.

Brilliant stay with an excellent host
10.0Walter was an excellent host, he went above and beyond for us. We during a storm after hurricane Beryl, our original property was without electricity but Walter immediately accommodated us to a new property. The room was spacious with great facilities. Couldn’t recommend more.
