I would not recommend staying here if you have an early morning flight or bus to catch
1.0The location is very strategic, just a short walk from convenience stores, the night market, and most importantly, the bus station. Guests also have access to a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, as well as a cozy living room with both indoor and outdoor seating areas
− If you have a bus or flight early in the morning, I would strongly recommend **not** booking this hostel The hostel's water tank is too small, so it's quite common for the water to run out late at night or early in the morning. When this happens, you won't be able to take a shower or even flush the toilet What makes the situation worse is that there are no staff available after midnight until the morning. So if you encounter this issue, there's no one you can ask for help I'm not saying the reception should be staffed 24/7. However, it would be much more helpful if at least one staff member slept in a common area or in a room where guests could knock in case of an emergency. That way, they could assist guests when urgent issues like this occur, especially for those with early morning travel plans

10.0Me sentí como en casa! Pasé tres noches increíbles en The Boat House. Todo estaba muy limpio, la habitación tenía aire acondicionado y era muy cómoda. Disfruté mucho de la terraza para tomar el sol y la cocina está perfectamente equipada, ideal si quieres preparar tus comidas. La ubicación también es excelente, muy cerca de todo. Un agradecimiento muy especial a Maggie, que hizo que mi estancia fuera aún mejor. Siempre amable, atenta y dispuesta a ayudar, fue como el alma de este lugar. Sin duda volveré. ¡Lo recomiendo al 100 %! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

10.0Had a great stay at The Boat House Cancun. Carlos was very sweet, the beds were comfortable with a nice pillow and curtains for privacy. Good shower, kitchen facilities and a cute backyard for socializing. I even got a free charger they had laying around when I asked Carlos where to buy one. Would definitely stay again!
