9.0Everyone was super nice. The hotel is very clean and they have room service cleaning our rooms everyday. The food & drinks were great. There were so many restaurants to try from we didn’t get to try all! The rooftop pool is beautiful if you have the vantage package!
Best resort as first time Cancun visitor
10.0Beautiful, clean and you can tell it’s new. Many facilities. Whatever you need is there, you don’t have to leave resort. An ATM is there for your convenience.

3.0Facilities. Waiters and bar men very good and friendly.
− The people at reception in the morning not helpful. The concierge were very bad. Tried booking golf and they did not respond to emails, took too long to respond amd what we had booked was changed last minute so ended up cancelling. No attention to the client and the service extremely poor.
