Lovely location and well maintained.
8.0Good location outside of Ubud and enough facilities nearby. Proberty was as described. Staff were very dedicated and very helpful. Breakfast was always on time when ordered.
− If youre not good with stairs i would avoid. Pool didnt get enough sun to ever not be cold. Had to keep the air con on at night to drown out any noise from neighbours, could hear someone on the phone for hours one night. Inconsistency with laundry charges, one was a single charge and the next one was itemised just for doing washing not by weight.

8.0Overall Stay was liked by family but some things were not as expected
− 1. host was not aware of the kid travelling and already paid during booking (including breakfast). They asked for extra IDR 125000 without even checking the booking. 2. Pool was very cold 3. some iguana, lizards, lot of ants in the villa
We loved the villa. The staff were great. Friendly and helpful. Quiet and private villa. Nice restaurants and cafe nearb
