Thief! Terrible experience!
1.0Nothing! She is a thief! She stole a $441 damage deposit from me when there was no damage. Shortly after booking, I attempted to cancel with her, but she assured me my deposit would be returned if no damage. There was no damage. Now she is claiming that it was nonrefundable from the start. That's not what she stated in her message to me on the Booking website. She clearly stated that the the deposit would be returned. She is a thief! Don't go here!
