No lo recomiendo. Fue una estancia para mis papás y la verdad quedó mucho a deber. El internet fallaba constantemente, lo cual hacía casi imposible usar la televisión, ya que además pedían iniciar sesión con cuentas propias en las plataformas. Pagamos por una cama más amplia y ni eso. Al llegar, una señora (del personal) con mala actitud nos dijo que nos habíamos equivocado de habitación, como si uno tuviera acceso a la logística o tuviéramos acceso a todas, cuando es en la administración quien proporciona las habitaciones con claves de acceso. Solo había un camastro disponible. En general, fue una pésima elección: mis papás no disfrutaron la estancia y además no se podía cancelar sin perder el dinero. Personalmente, no volvería a elegir este lugar. Respondo al comentario: No se trata de cumplir mis expectativas, porque yo no me hospede ahí, fueron las expectativas de mis papás que no cubrieron, ya que me entere derivado a todo lo que ellos quisieron opinar, y si, mi papá es una persona muy educada y amable, lastima que no haya sido tratado igual.

− People having sex in the pool, people doing cocaine in the middle of the night in pool area, woman screaming being intoxicated and being beaten up by husband and is being threatened because we are too „nerdy“ because we want quiet. Rooms are full with mold. We have moved 3 times one room was ok but it was next to the pool were we have experienced drug consumption, making out at the pool, sleepless nights because the room has a very bad door and you hear everything. The property doesn’t care about drug consumption and doesn’t care about a woman being beaten up. The most horrific thing is that my jewelry got stolen. My earrings which I have inherited from my great grandmother and my watch which my mother bought me for graduation. The woman/manager was even threatening me that she will call the police if we don’t leave immediately. The police on Mexico is corrupt. If you end up being in a police station they could tell you to either pay 5000$ or end up in jail. A guy who was from Germany as well who is studying in San Francisco and who was there at the peoperty with his other friends for spring break got taken to the police station with his friends and the police said they either pay 5000$ or they will end up in jail. So it doesn’t even make sense to call the police here because they are on the Mexican people’s side. Now after this horrible 12 nights that we have stayed there the cherry on top is that my jewelry got stolen and nobody will help me about this. I am very sad and depressed and I can not get over this horrific experience. This was the worst vacation and the worst experience in lifetime. I have never been treated so terribly by a booking by „booking.com“ I have never experienced such disastrous behavior and treatment since day 1.
