9.0La atención del personal, la calidad de la comida y sabor de los alimentos. La decoración del Lobby y restaurantes.
− La habitación luce antigua, el cristal de la regadera hacia la habitación es transparente en su mayoría lo cual es incomodo si viajas con amigos o familiares. El entretenimiento en el hotel da algo que desear, tanto los shows como las ammenities de entretenimiento. La alberca es muy simple, no haz zona de hidromasaje, sombra, fuentes.

8.0The resort is nice. The variety of restaurants and entertainment is great. 👍🏽 The Preferred status was disappointing. Premium does not exist. Premium ia at exact cost for everything. But overall it a GREAT VACATION...😎
− I did not like the up charges for premium. I paid for Preferred because I thought it was PREMIUM...🤔
