Schönes, modernes Hotel direkt am Meer mit freundlichem Personal, jedoch sehr hohen Preisen für Essen und Getränke.

Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Lage des Hotels direkt am Meer. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist modern und gepflegt, und wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt. Die angenehme Atmosphäre und der gute Service haben unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich bereichert.

− Das Frühstück ist leider nicht im Preis inbegriffen und muss separat dazugebucht werden. Außerdem sind die Preise für Getränke und Speisen im Hotel unverhältnismäßig hoch. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in diesem Bereich hat uns leider nicht überzeugt.

Great beach and adults-only concept, but too many restrictions

The adults-only (18+) concept and the private beach/platform were the main reasons I chose this hotel, and I really enjoyed both. The location is also convenient, and the massage at the spa was excellent.

− The overall atmosphere sometimes felt more controlled than welcoming. Staff were inconsistent: most were friendly, but some, particularly at reception, were surprisingly cold and sometimes would not even respond to a greeting. The biggest issue was the hotel’s policy prohibiting outside food and drinks in the rooms, which I only discovered after arrival. This even applies to bottled water and snacks and is very inconvenient, especially if you have an early excursion and want to buy breakfast the evening before. You can buy some snacks and drinks at the reception desk, but since bringing your own food and drinks into the hotel is not allowed, you are essentially left with no other choice. I was also uncomfortable with how this policy was enforced. On our last days, a security guard hurried after us and stopped us to check what we were carrying in our shopping bags, which contained souvenirs and packaged medication from a pharmacy. Having to explain the contents of my shopping bags when entering a five-star hotel felt intrusive. There was also an unnecessary issue when I arranged for a professional makeup artist to come to my room. Reception initially refused to let her upstairs and was quite unfriendly about it. The next day, the manager resolved everything immediately by simply asking her to leave her ID at reception. For a five-star Delta Hotels by Marriott property, I expected more consistent hospitality and fewer restrictive policies.
