The best in Mexico.
10.0This was one of the best retorts I’ve stayed at in Mexico. We stayed on the adults only section but took advantage of the family side as well. Our waiter Gerameel and hostess Karen were outstanding!!! They were very attentive and took tremendous. The lobby bartender, Herbireto remembered our drinks of choice and had great recommendations. Javier at the front took gear care of us. I’d recommend this resort.
It was boring . I needed to turn up . If you plan on staying in and be boring sure
6.0The first room I was given was terrible, but I have to give a huge thank you to Miss Paulette at the concierge. She went above and beyond to help me and got me into a room I was actually happy with — a swim-out pool. That ended up being the best part of my trip. I appreciated Miss Paulette’s service, but I wouldn’t book the Adults Only side again for the vibe.
− The food and amenities were just okay. My biggest disappointment was the activities. For an Adults Only resort, I expected more energy and entertainment, but it was very boring and felt draining. The foam party had little to no foam and the music was so low you could barely hear it. I walked over to the Princess Riviera side and it actually had more life — better music, better drinks, better atmosphere overall, even with kids there. The beaches were terrible . Full of seaweeds no one could use the beach

Superb adults only hotel.
9.0A lovely 5* hotel. Lovely big rooms. Super clean. Plenty of pool areas to sit around with a few swim up bars. One pool had a few scheduled lively activities and a few others that were quiet. No problem getting sun loungers during our visit in June. The Staff were helpful & friendly. Lots of dining places to choose from - there was something for every palate. Never had to wait to get a table for any of the restaurants either.
− Beach bar was closed due to the large amount of sea weed along the beach which made it unsuitable for swimming and sunbathing on the beach. Because of this there seemed to be little point opening up the beach bar. This was NOT the fault of the hotel though but a natural occurrence.

− תרבות הטיפים מאוד מורגשת. אי אפשר לבקש שירות בלי שהציפייה של העובד תהיה טיפ, וזה פחות נעים במלון הכל כלול ששילמתי עליו כדי לקבל את השירות הזה.
