6.0The hotel staff were very friendly. The location to the beach and the square are very close except the cardiac Hill but we knew this. The room its self was very spacious and if it had been sorted correctly before we arrived it would have been fine for the cheap short break.
− On arrival our room had work men tools in on the floor drills, saw etc . No phone in room so on the 10th top floor to go down to complain . They had obviously been sanding the ceiling where the plaster was coming off tried to clean ( not well) the floor you could feel the dust and the work surfaces to was covered but had been wiped . Then the bed had hairs on it back down to complian and it was a different person to arrival. Who couldn't understand me clearly and passed me a full set of bedding extra pillows for me to sort !!!! I asked for a cleaner which he shrugged shoulders . Was informed 2 days the bar was closed. And no one will be in reception.
