⸻ My Honest Experience — Beautiful Resort, But Several Areas Need Improvement I waited to write this review because I wanted to take my time and provide a fair and detailed account of my experience. Upon arrival, the hotel was absolutely beautiful and exceptionally clean. The property itself was very well maintained, and there were definitely aspects of my stay that I appreciated. However, there were also several issues that I believe are important for future guests to be aware of. First, I booked this property because it was advertised as an adults-only resort. To my surprise, there were quite a few families and children present when I arrived. This was unexpected and somewhat disappointing, as the adults-only atmosphere was one of the reasons I chose the property in the first place. After traveling and arriving exhausted, I was also informed that my room would not be ready until 3:00 PM. It was already around 1:00 PM, and the temperature was close to 90 degrees, so waiting was definitely inconvenient. During check-in, the gentleman assisting me told me that I had been upgraded from the room I originally booked, which initially made me very excited. Unfortunately, when I arrived at my room, I quickly realized that it was not actually an upgrade. I had specifically booked a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony, but instead received a standard suite with a standard poolside balcony. I had also included a request regarding my birthday when making the reservation, but there were no accommodations prepared for that either. Thankfully, I was contacted through WhatsApp by Andy Garcia from Booking.com, and I have to give him a tremendous amount of credit. He immediately took the time to address the issues I experienced and went above and beyond to make things right.

− They need to figure out the reservation system the app was always down and I could barely book any dinner reservations

Mi habitación era espectacular y el jacuzzi, fue lo mejor, la comida variada en el buffet no pude ir a los restaurantes porque la aplicación no me permitía, estuve 2 noches

− como esta en la zona de manglares, es dificil salir del resort y conocer la ciudad de Cancún y los taxis para salir son solo del hotel y son extremadamente caros
