Difficult to get to from airport, but beautiful location once you’re there. No tiendas nearby, so pack in some snacks and water. Great customer service. I liked all the little places to lay down and chill or read.

There are places you visit, and then there are places that become part of your heart. Mezzanine is one of those rare places. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. We were welcomed by the incredible Myltha, whose warmth and genuine kindness made us feel like family from the very first minute. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect, and that unforgettable welcome is something we will cherish forever. This trip was especially meaningful because we were celebrating my girlfriend's birthday, and Orquídea made it even more magical. She helped me surprise her by beautifully decorating our room before we arrived, creating a moment we'll never forget. Her thoughtfulness and care turned an already special occasion into a lifelong memory. Every morning and evening, Andy welcomed us with the biggest smile, contagious energy, and true hospitality. Beyond the exceptional service, he shared the best recommendations for cenotes and breathtaking places around Tulum, allowing us to experience the destination through the eyes of someone who truly loves it. A heartfelt thank you also goes to Eva, whose attention to detail was simply remarkable. Every day we returned to a room that was spotless, beautifully arranged, and somehow even more inviting than the day before. You could truly feel the love and pride she puts into her work. Words cannot fully capture how extraordinary our stay at Mezzanine was. It wasn't just a hotel—it became our home away from home. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely cared for, creating an atmosphere filled with warmth, beauty, and authenticity. Some places give you wonderful memories. Mezzanine gave us moments that will stay with us for a lifetime. Leaving was incredibly difficult because a part of us wanted to stay forever. Thank you for making our first trip to Tulum so magical. Aussergewöhnliche Lage am Strand, versteckt im Naturschutzgebiet. Sehr ruhig, Top Restaurant. Freundlicher Service. Kein anderes Hotel in der Nähe, wer auf den Touristenrummel in Tulum verzichten kann, wird das Hotel genießen.

Stunning, serene hotel experience!!!!

The atmosphere and the vibe here was very beautiful, natural and serene. The natural landscape. And the aesthetic of the hotel itself was very peaceful. The weight staff were incredibly generous and kind. Wonderful service, wonderful food. We at the restaurant, many nights and mornings, and each dish that we had was better than the last. Definitely would recommend getting the room with the versus the interior room as it rained a few days and it was nice to be able to see outside while we were chilling inside. To be able to go over to the sister hotel, Mi amor. For the day and sit on one of the beds overlooking the ocean we enjoyed the fish tacos and Cerveza and it was a beautiful afternoon. Lots of things to do within Jaguar Park, including the ruins, walking the beach and some other exploration of the jungle. It’s worth noting that you do have some security at the beginning of Jaguar Park and the mezzanine hotel is inside the park itself so you have to have a badge each day. Other than that, would highly recommend and come back when it is not seaweed season. We happen to be here during the high seaweed season and the beaches were a little bit hard to navigate.

Beautiful spot and kind staff

We had the most wonderful stay at hotel Mezzanine! It is along a beautiful part of the beach and the hotel itself is lovely. There are so many different nice spots to hang out all over the grounds with comfy hammocks or day beds both in the shade and the sun. The staff is so kind and helpful, special shoutout to Orquidia and Andy making our time here so lovely. Also we really appreciated all the details from the coffee and milk waiting for us outside of our room in the morning to the house made complimentary lemongrass tea at night. I noticed that many other hotels along the beach in tulum feel a bit tacky but this one is perfect, beautiful, quaint and you feel right at home.
