3.0Nothing
− Staff on their phone, never returned my greetings, thin walls/ceiling and floor The door to the balcony doesn't close, anyone can climb the emergency stairs and enter my room I have books heavier than that safe deposit box Cleaning personal cleans room but leaves the trash in the trash bin Stayed in room 301, never again thank you
Negatives outweigh positives, sadly
3.0Let's begin with the positives. Arzu on reception was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to help us with recommendations and taxi booking. (Communication with the two male receptionists was difficult as they spoke little to no English, and we only have basic Turkish.) The views from the front balconies and roof terrace are stunning. Restaurant and breakfast staff were lovely. Breakfast was ok
− Now the rest... We stayed two nights in two different rooms. In the first there was no hot water, and the light bulbs in one half of the room were not working. In the second room, there was some hot water, but the water in the shower cubicle did not drain away - still there the following morning. Lights also not working on several floors of the stairwell, which is potentially dangerous. Other reviewers have mentioned noise from the neighbouring night club. "How bad can it be?" I thought. Let me be clear, it was bad. On the Thursday evening we planned to enjoy a nightcap on our balcony, but the music from next door was so ear-splitting, we had to abandon. Even inside the room with windows closed and earplugs in, you could hear the music and feel the room vibrating. I would only advise booking the suite if you're really into dance music and want your own private rave
Schöner Aufenthalt
8.0Sehr nettes Personal, mitten in der Altstadt. Sehr schöner Hinterhof.

2.0− Очень старый и изношенный номер. На улице шумно до поздней ночи, окна от шума не защищают

7.0The staff are exceptional, super friendly, especially eda, and the vibes of the place, it has its own charm. Feels like staying at your grandma's house
− It could use some renovation. The ac is old, needs replacement with new ones.
