The best place to stay in Altea
10.0The best place I stayed on my Spain road trip. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the perfect location, right down the hill from the church and the old town. But also close to the waterfront/beach.

3.0El hotel es muy bonito y tranquilo. Cumple las expectativas. Además, muy céntrico para pasear por Altea.
− Iba a ser un finde semana de escapada y al final se quedó solo en una noche. El viernes ya nos pusimos en contacto con el hotel par ver si nos podían cambiar el finde porque el sábado daban una alerta naranja. Nos dijeron que era imposible el cambio porque ya era muy tarde y lo habíamos hecho desde booking. Lo volvimos a intentar con llamada y correo, al que no tuvimos ninguna respuesta. Finalmente nos fuimos y estando allí nos llego una aviso de que al día siguiente pasaban a alerta roja, lo tuvimos claro al instante. Nos fuimos sin disfrutar de una noche y el desayuno. Por nuestra parte, hicimos lo que sentíamos que era nuestra responsabilidad. Volveremos a Altea porque es un lugar precioso pero buscaremos otro hotel donde pasar nuestra estancia.
Glorious stay in Altea, and I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay than Hotel Abaco.
10.0Situated a short stroll to the Church square, old town, beach, shops and local supermarkets, the hotel and apartments are ideally located to make the most of your stay. Spotlessly clean and providing of everything you might need to either self cater or simply enjoy your holiday. The balcony is surrounded by a beautiful climbing evergreen, that affords privacy and during the balmy evenings and early mornings, your tea or coffee will be enhanced by the jasmine down below. All the facilities are first class- you literally will want for nothing. The kitchen is fully equipped. Comfortable bed, sofa, lounger chair and a powerful shower to top it by off! Worth also noting that the hotel staff are lovely, as was the welcome cava and beer for my wife and I.
