− I didn’t like that I modified my booking for the 20th through the 23rd and they still charge me from the 23rd through the 26th and they have not fixed the problem. I don’t like it there. They all don’t work together to make sure that everything works out for the customer.

10.0הגענו ליום וחצי, הכל היה פשוט מעולה !!!! הצוות אדיב מאוד, חדר נהדר, בריכות מושלמות, באמת הכל היה יוצא מן הכלל. מכיוון שהטיסה שלנו היתה בערב, עשינו צק אווט ב 1200, שמנו את המזוודות בשמירת חפצים וניתן היה להישאר במלון להשתמש בכל המתקנים ולהנות מהכל כלול. בנוסף יש להם בלובי חדר מיוחד שניתן לשריין ללא עלות למשך 45 דק , הם שריינו לנו לשעה שביקשנו לפני שיצאנו לשדה, החדר כולל חדר רחצה מאובזר. וכך יצאנו לטיסה נקיים לאחר מקלחת מצויינת. בקיצור מומלץ ביותר !!!

6.0− My shower was leaking water into the room and bathroom it was not fixed properly when reported
I will never stay at this location again food/service is terrible.
2.0The only thing I liked was how it looked EVERYTHING ELSE ABSOLUTELY SUCKED!!!!
− The food tasted terrible even the fruit and the drinks barely have liquor ( I watched them make them)and this was all 3 days the all inclusive restaurants I had to send back all my dishes I tried all of them the only one that was good was the steak house. AND ITS ALWAYS HOT like there’s only AC in your room but the lobby/restaurants/hallways/elevators was extremely hot ALL THE TIME.
